Nice drawing. The proportions of the body are nice, and it flows well.
The best part are the breasts. I know how that sounds but it's damn hard to make them look good (aka: real). You succeeded.
The worst part is the face. Really doesn't fit in with the rest of the body. Maybe a bit thin and, sorry to say it, the worst drawn thing on the entire picture.
